To me, it’s photos you can feel. The unposed & imperfect, yet genuine & real moments. To fully step into a documentary storyteller role is to embrace the human experience in all its forms — to observe & to notice, & to create art in the blink of an eye.
Your wedding day is filled with once in a lifetime moments, & hiring a documentary photographer with an intentional & artful approach allows you the space to be fully present in those moments. Aside from portraits where I’ll step in with more editorial-style direction, I aim to be a fly on the wall; discreetly documenting genuine, candid moments over traditional, posed photos.
